Your answers

Your choices and any optional text stay in your current browser page while you take the quiz. We don't save individual answer records in our Lab database. Before generating a reflection, we send your stated goal, choices, and optional text to OpenAI through our server. The optional text is not required. The result is returned to your browser; refreshing the page clears your answers and result.

Our request asks OpenAI not to store the completion as application state. Under its standard API controls, OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs containing input and output content for up to 30 days, with exceptions such as legal requirements. API data isn't used for model training unless the account opts in. Network and hosting providers may also keep operational logs under their own policies.

What we count

We keep aggregate counts of page visits, quiz starts, completions, result views, card downloads, share attempts, and navigation back to the Lab. Those events contain only an event name, never your answers or free text. Our hosting platform may process technical request information, including an IP address, to apply rate limits and operate the service.

Sharing

Your image card contains only a standard goal category and the possible driver reflected by your answers. If you enter a custom goal, the card says “Something personal” instead. Neither optional text nor the detailed reflection appears on the card. Sharing is always your choice. A share-button tap is counted as an attempted share, not evidence that you posted anything.
